The food taste is good, but the overall experience is ruined by extremely poor staff behavior and lack of professionalism. The person handling phone calls and orders is not trained and gives false confirmations. Even after being told that the food was being prepared, we reached the restaurant at exactly 10:30 PM only to be told by the owner that parcel orders would not be accepted. This kind of miscommunication and irresponsible attitude is unacceptable, especially at night when customers depend on phone confirmation before traveling. Good food does not excuse bad service, unprofessional communication, and wasted customer time. Strongly disappointed with the management. Immediate improvement in staff training and customer handling is required. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
