Okk, so we went the bong chow restaurant in dumurjola outlet previous week but there was a long queue so we came back as it was almost 10 pm. Today also we went there but at 7 pm, but as usual there was a lot of people waiting for their turn so we waited for 1 hr, then they called us. I wanted to order something else but one staff said that they're low in staff so it's not available or will take lots of time to prepare the dish. So we ordered something else. we ordered prawn starter, one chicken side dish and mixed hakka noodles. They served the chicken first, then after a long they served the prawn, which was so oily, soggy and little cold, as if it has been fried before they just served it with some green onion. And the chicken, my god It hasha raw ginger garlic smell and I literally spot it out of my mouth on a napkin. And the noodles was totally bland. Then we ordered two brownie with ice cream, again they said you have to wait as it'll take time, then they served us one,when we asked that we've ordered two they said no only one, we didn't drag this matter as we wanted to get out of there asap. we had to waste the food as there was no choice.Staff's behaviour was not so welcoming or something, it was our first and last in this outlet.
