My experience with them has been disappointing, particularly regarding an unresolved refund issue. Despite initial promises of a full refund for any problems, the situation became more complicated with vague explanations and involving others. I had issues with their food service, as the taste did not meet expectations, making it my worst mistake to trust their false promises. As a 20-year-old student and working woman, managing my own finances is crucial. The delay in the refund process feels like begging for my hard-earned money.
