I have ordered only vegetarian burgers, mostly online, and they are quite good in taste and amount of ingredients. Today I went to the store for a takeaway order and met with really witty staff. They'll ask for single or double cheese options, but not mention no extra cheese option. For example, in my case, I had order cheesy burger so I expect them to add cheese as per their receipt, not as per my choice. This would have been extra cheese with extra charge. Next, they have an offer of free hot chocolate on orders about 199. I asked them if it is applicable for my order while making payment and they said yes. When they handed me the order their was no hot chocolate. On questioning, the response was the offer is on dining, not for takeaway. The worst service I have ever seen in my life, they will charge you for something else and provide you some other stuff and post which they have also got every right to argue
