Chennai woodlands is a restaurant located on the wallajah road in the Ground floor of Tri sea Residency hotel.been visiting this place for quite some time now for breakfast in that area and the last one being 10 days back..They have some basic exclusive parking but with another restaurant and a hotel the parking always falls short but the roadside parking is always available...
The Looks are similar to any Veg Restaurant you might find but well maintained and kept clean...The service is a drawback here..though they are quick and prompt and get you job done but the non welcoming behavior is a kind of a put off...They just want to get the job done quickly and will always make us hurry for the same..
Have tried all the varieties of Dosa here..typical udipi style cooking..the dosas are crispy and tasty..the sambar is a big advantage and the chutney are pretty decent too...the idlies are not that great comparatively..the vadas especially the medhu vada is a delight here with a crispy outer with a soft and fluffy centre...perfect taste too...
Pricing is perfect for the food...completely worth it and definite try if you are in this locality...
