I had a very disappointing experience at Ratna Cafe, Triplicane today. We ordered 8 plates of Masala Dosa, and the cashier confirmed the order. After paying the full amount (₹978 as per the bill attached), we were made to wait for around 10 minutes, only to be told "stock over." They forced us to change our order to Podi Onion Dosa, charged extra, and still made us wait more than 20 minutes. To make things worse, while we were sitting, the cleaning lady rudely asked us to move to another place - totally disrespectful! This kind of poor management, lack of coordination, and rude behavior is unacceptable for a restaurant with such a big name. They didn't even bother to apologize for the inconvenience. Totally not worth the hvne. Be careful before visiting. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Brunch
