Inspite of mentioning to write a message, there is NO MESSAGE on the cake. my son ordered the cake for his mom's birthday and you spoiled his excitement by doing a pathetic job. This was a mistake ordering from your bakery. It also tastes horrible. Also, it is totally different in looks from what we ordered. you shouldn't have accepted the order, if you can't deliver what you show.

take this terrible order back and refund my money as you have already spoiled our fun.

delivery boy is very cooperative...but The cake oven bakery is giving pathetic experience to me....wrong order received i don't ordee chocolate cake....i will share the feedback over the twitter as well...you guys are making fool.....after 2 hrs i received a order which is wrong
