Pathetic customer service ... been two weeks since i am trying to place an order from deal bought from little app but this restaurant is always closed the numbers shared are always switched off. of first order simply unacceptable behaviour even tried to reach owners number but in vain they donot accept calls then why have you opened a restaurant .

I have been trying to place an order at Juliet's House through Swiggy for many weeks now, but most days I find it closed. Today I finally managed to find it open and immediately ordered two pizzas (one veg, one non-veg) and a ravioli (chicken). The pasta was quite good, and its sauce was flavourful, rich and delicious. The pizza, however, was an absolute disaster. Some toppings were hardly cooked, eg. the large slices of dry tomato half embedded in the cheese, while others were overcooked, eg. the chicken which was hard and chewy.
The biggest flaw lay in the pizza's base which had no SALT. I'm not kidding, there was No Salt in the pizza bases, turning them from something that may otherwise have been simply bland, into something completely tasteless and almost inedible. I literally had to sprinkle salt on my pizza to get it to taste of anything.
After the rave reviews that I have read about JH on Zomato, I was expecting something a lot better. The two points that I Have given to them are only because I liked the pasta, but I can't get myself to give more than that to a place that serves me a pizza which is that tasteless.
