Their enthusiasm helped us to be a guest there. On line payment through QR scan made it easy. Boys working there are very hard working. Weather and garden entertainment facilities like a park, can inspire family trip with children also. Towel Service: 5

One of the best customer service oriented resort I have experienced so far. The owners/partners are always available at the resort and work shoulder to shoulder with the staff. They alongwith their whole staff is amazingly friendly and attentive to each customers' needs. If you are planning a trip there, just book your long distance journey tickets and take their help for all local transport and guidance on other stuff. They will genuinely help you get the best experiences at most optimal cost. We saved atleast 4k by not pre-booking any local car and rather went by their advice. The location is amazing too, though about 500 mtrs inside from tar road. The approach road is muddy and bumpy but gives you a n enjoyable rustic feel. The property inside though is well designed with all urban utilities and comforts including the AC rooms. The tooms upkeep is good but can be better. There is a inhouse kitchen that makes and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food quality and taste is good, homely and easy on stomach. We quite liked their kathiyawadi dishes, roti, rotla in dinner and poha, chole bhature, paratha in breakfast. However a bit more variety in food menu can make it more interesting. Overall the best experience made possible due to helpful team. There were a few hick-ups on day 1 of our stay but we witnessed their genuine efforts and concern to overcome the problem and make the guests comfortable. We highly recommend this place if you want to visit Gir for a memorable holiday. Service: 5
