Terrible Experience at Nature Resort – Avoid at All Costs! Our recent stay at Nature Resort was one of the worst travel experiences we've ever had. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place if you value comfort, hygiene, and basic decency. Food: The food was barely edible – stale, bland, and clearly not prepared with any care. Rooms: The rooms were in horrible condition – dirty, not maintained, and far from what was shown in the pictures. Shockingly, the main door of one of the rooms wouldn’t even lock, and we had to pile our luggage against it for safety. The beds were iron-framed. One of the wash basins had no water, and worse, waste water from another wash basin was flowing toward the bed area. Even the bathroom door couldn’t be locked – completely unacceptable. No AC in Peak Summer: To make things worse, the AC didn’t work during a scorching hot summer afternoon. It was unbearable, and the staff showed no urgency or concern. Electricity Issues: There were long power outages with no backup or explanation. Unclean Pool: The pool was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in days, if not weeks. It looked unsafe and definitely not usable. Rude and Unprofessional Staff: The owner and staff were extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of resolving issues, they argued and showed no accountability. The worst part came when we decided to check out early due to all these issues – the owner refused to let us leave unless we paid extra for no valid reason. It felt like we were being held hostage. This was more than just bad service – it was a disturbing and stressful experience. Nature Resort should be removed from all travel and booking platforms to protect future guests. Service: 1
