I love this restaurants food, they have a chef and food procuring team who are doing an amazing job with buying the right food sources & cooking it with care and love. Many of their dishes are delicious & also try to provide good balanced health support in the nutritional elements. The cream of broccoli, was not as creamy as most cream based soup- which makes this soup taste different from some competition soups I have tasted in the past. But the less cream based soup's advantage is that it can be more nutritious as a good soup for elderly or flu patients wanting a lighter & soupy meal. Their pasta salad was amazing in taste, not sure if in Indian climates large or any lettuce is a good choice for pasta salad, the chef may think of modifying the recipe to not add lettuce as it gets wilted & tastes awful during the summer or other hot weather conditions. Additionally, lettuce seems to have been grown via pesticide/chemicals used farming & chemical use by retail supply chain, hence the lettuce tasted chemically off as well. The Tiramisu I have had from this restaurant is the best Tiramisu I have eaten in India. For those wanting to avoid or take less coffee, wonder if the restaurant can have a choice of not sprinkling coffee powder on top? Not today's delivery, but a past delivery didn't have coffee sprinkles & I actually loved the taste of that tiramisu like dessert a lot more. And additionally the water that is used to dilute & then sprinkle the coffee powder, if that water isn't good quality water, that impacts the taste of the desert. I am providing this detailed input because I have found this place as one of the best tasting and currently a good quality restaurant of Navi Mumbai, & if all issues presented here were addressed, I believe this restaurant can see even more customer inflow & be the top restaurant here. With the Mojito, I loved how well it's made, but please stop adding the green color sugary mojito syrup to make the mojito attractive, the minty flavour & green/yellow color coming from the mint leaves & lemon slices are by themselves that make this drink a refreshing & healthy summer drink. Maybe the green syrup could be a choice option customers can ask for as a customisation additive, or if most customers don't care about the green syrup- the syrup could be replaced by something naturally sweetening like honey or simple uncoloured sugar syrup instead?I also found that the baking powder/the brush used to baste the potatoes before baking, one or the other has some parasite contamination issue, something I have found in Navi Mumbai baked or snack goods ( like pav, veg puffs, cookies, etc.) using baking powder or yeast in the past months.
