Had visited this cafe as I was craving for a choclate shake. The kitkat shake which we had ordered had a little sour taste which I did not realize at the beginning but later when we had it without ice-cream so it got quite evident. We informed the manager about this but he was not even ready to listen, claiming that we have already checked the remaining milk shake and nothing seems wrong and he told me that maybe the sugar is less thats the reason it might taste like this. The person with whom i had gone also told the same thing, but the manager constantly denied the fact. At last we just told him to give us a replacement, which he did after we told 3-4 times. The replacement was almost the same as the first shake that had arrived. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
