1. Food was decent, but chicken was hard, usually this happens when old deep frozen stock is used. Quality checks are a must. 2. Staff is undermanned. Further, they are very reluctant to clear plates from the table, lazy in providing cutlery. We were there for 4 hours, despite repeated requests, we never got fresh quarter plates and forks to eat. 3. No issues with behaviour, just the manning needs to be increased and service needs to be well curated, there is a huge scope of improvement. 5. The entrance of the cafe seems haunted, more lighting is required. Maintenance needs to be carried out in cafe, half of the bulbs of chandeliers were fused, further this is a fire hazard. (Attached photo with markings) Overall, with the current situation, I won’t be happy to visit again, or recommend anyone. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
