Firstly, there’s been a recent change in staff - very rude and too hands on and disruptive and weirdly also inattentive. I’d just been there for 4-5 mins and they asked me very rudely “are you gonna order anything or..?” Secondly, they have reduced their portion sizes to HALF. I got half a plate of fries for 350 rupees. I requested for some grated Parmesan with my fries and they said they only give that with truffle fries and because the ‘menu has changed’ so they can’t give you some grated Parmesan. Their attitude towards us was too bad, and the bill (which is usually brought in a glass) was just printed and slapped on the table. 750 rupees for a tea, half a plate of fries and terrible service the place is going to shit now…

Staff is not knowledgable at all. I came asking for swiss roll because your Instagram said it was available. I checked. After coming they said it's not available here. It is available at Ate Mini. I traveled 1.5 hours to reach Ate Mini and Ate Mini, they will be available at Ate, not here. How is your staff so incompetent. They don't have knowledge about their own products. When I dined in Ate, I asked some questions about a food item. Two servers had no idea. They had to get a third server. Do better. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000
