We visited West 1 at The Park Hotel for their breakfast buffet (₹750 + taxes per person), and it turned out to be a delightful experience. The spread was well-balanced, offering a good mix of South Indian, North Indian, and a few Chinese items. From the South Indian section, we enjoyed plain and moong dal idlis, upma, and dal vada—all fresh and flavorful. There was a live counter serving hot dosas and uttapams, made to order. The North Indian options included poha, parathas, veg pakoras, and sautéed potatoes, while the Chinese corner offered noodles, adding a nice variety. The live egg station was a hit, and the salad, fresh fruits, and bakery section rounded off the meal perfectly. For beverages, they served masala tea, coffee, juices, and even milkshakes. Everything was cooked well, served warm, and tasted great. Special mention to server Sagar – a truly polite and attentive gentleman who made the experience even better with his courteous service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a wholesome, value-for-money breakfast buffet in a relaxed setting. Had a wonderful dinner buffet at West 1 – The Park Hotel. The food selection was diverse and delicious, with something for every taste. Everything was well-presented and freshly prepared. A special thanks to Hostess Florence, who was warm, professional, and ensured we had a smooth, enjoyable experience. Her hospitality really stood out and added a personal touch to the evening. I am in love with this place since the day I visited and enjoyed the starters, main course, pastry and desserts. It has a buffet style to serve the food. The breakfast of this place is something not to miss out on. Non-veg lovers would really enjoy this ambience and the authentic taste of this West 1 - The Park restaurant.
