Okayish option. But not worth the money. We ordered Veg handi Butter methi roti Garlic kulcha Best was methi roti. Sabzi was okay. Portion was okay for 2 people. Kulcha was not good. It was too chewy. Ambience is great Service is fine Overall it does not live upto its name and franchise. Vegetarian options: Variety of options is good. Kid-friendliness: Yes it it. "I recently visited Shiv Sagar Restaurant and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Unfortunately, I found hair in my food, which is unacceptable. When I brought it to the attention of the service staff, their response was casual and unapologetic, simply saying "udke aaya hoga" (it must have come from somewhere). This lack of concern and poor service made the experience even more pathetic. Needless to say, I won't be returning." Food: 1 Service: 1
