The place and the people who are serving food and beverages are really awesome the operations manage I'm not sure sure about her name worst experience the add was mentioning ok Friday was bollywood and commercial no from 8 o clock no one played any commercial or bollywood till 10:30 pm after me going and creating a chaos and then they played it since I'm a regular customer for May years so only if they do this how you guys are treating regular people it's pure cheating and worst .I called someone and informed the same and that guy was genuine he went and said the same to the operations manager and she behaved in such a way that she did not even have the courtesy that I'm a customer and I felt that since I'm regular she took advantage and the body language was so bad worst worst worst nice place nice F&b people but worst mangement who is in charge (Manisha)

They didn’t gave 20 percent discount for total bill and they were saying that there is no stag entry guys seriously only people who are having pubs will do like this don’t go to Watsons total scam

Had a bad experience at Watson's Chennai as they forgot the order we gave. Even after continuously reminding the waiter 2 hrs had passed when we finally got our order. Food is average and needs improvement. Ambience was good. Liquor service was prompt.
