poor service. I wouldn't recommend visiting this place. The server forgot about my order and told me 2 hours later that it's unavailable.

Had a bad experience at Watson's Chennai as they forgot the order we gave. Even after continuously reminding the waiter 2 hrs had passed when we finally got our order. Food is average and needs improvement. Ambience was good. Liquor service was prompt.
