Extracted an excessive amount of oil from their Mutton Rogan Josh, which made it quite unappetizing. The service also seemed underwhelming—perhaps due to being short-staffed, as there were very few people attending to customers. The roti, which was claimed to be maida-free, didn’t taste like it. An extra roti we ordered took nearly 15 minutes and still wasn’t served. We ended up ordering bill instead. Even the onions served were just the dry outer layers. Overall, a disappointing experience—I would not recommend this place. Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Had a bad experience at Watson's Chennai as they forgot the order we gave. Even after continuously reminding the waiter 2 hrs had passed when we finally got our order. Food is average and needs improvement. Ambience was good. Liquor service was prompt.
