We recently visited Shree Mithai, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The staff’s behavior was quite unaccommodating and lacked basic courtesy. We had ordered Sev Batata Puri, and sev batata puri was without sev, our kids refused to eat it without a sev. When we politely requested a small quantity from the counter, the staff refused and said they needed to ask the manager for even such a small thing. Eventually, we had to purchase a packet of 100 grams of sev for ₹57, just to make the dish edible for our kids. Despite having a total bill of around ₹1,600, we were disappointed by their rigid and unhelpful attitude. For a reputed establishment like Sree Mithai, we had expected better hospitality and customer care. Honestly, we have had far more satisfying experiences at smaller street-side pani puri stalls where customers are treated with warmth and respect. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that such instances are not repeated in the future.

Ofcourse this is a wonderful place and look at the variety they can bring to table satisfying each taste bud with consistent quality. I have visited this place multiple times and never been disappointed on any occasion. Pricing is very friendly and delivery time is quite quick. You can drop in anytime and have a quick bite. Car parking is reasonably available. Customer turnover is quick, you cant expect to sit and chat, be business like. I love this place
