Extremely disappointing experience.The service was absolutely pathetic, and the manager, Om, was extremely rude and disrespectful. From the start, his attitude was condescending and unprofessional. He spoke big but behaved poorly.We were treated as if we were frauds and were forced to pay the bill after every single small order, which is ridiculous for a club/lounge setting where billing is usually done at the end. When I suggested keeping my Audi keys as assurance, his response was shockingly insulting—he said people with even more expensive cars have run away without paying.This kind of behaviour is unacceptable and completely ruins the experience. Definitely not a place that understands hospitality or customer respect. Would not recommend.
