I visited KFC at Eternity Mall, Bardi, Nagpur, and had a very disappointing experience. We placed our order through the app to save time. The app showed that our order was ready at 8:35 PM, but even at 9:15 PM, we still had not received it. What is the purpose of ordering online if customers still have to wait 40+ minutes after the status shows “ready”? This caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience. The staff did not provide clear communication about the delay either. Very poor service and management. I hope the outlet improves its coordination between the app and in-store operations so customers don’t face such issues again. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in

The chicken burger from krisper meal got changed. The chicken filling was not enough and had blood in it. The staff isn't helpful and makes faces. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
