The best thing to happen in Silvassa is this cafe, bringing the waffle and pancake concept to town for the first time. They serve incredible waffles, with the Kit Kat waffle being a standout, and the fluffiest pancakes I’ve ever tasted. Their burger options are also top-notch, with the paneer tikka burger being my personal favorite.
