We visited Coffee Culture today and ordered two items – Schezwan Fried Rice and Cicilia Pizza. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service was extremely slow, and instead of the Cicilia Pizza we had ordered, they served us a Cheese Burst Pizza. When we brought this to the staff's attention at the time of billing, they were uncooperative and unwilling to accept their mistake. There was no apology or effort to resolve the issue, which was quite disappointing. the stand did not handle the situation professionally A good restaurant experience is not just about food, but also about service and how issues are handled. Sadly, this visit lacked professionalism and customer care. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff training and service efficiency. Atmosphere: 1

AC not working, bad experience as out side so much heat we went here for some chill atmosphere and good food but only 1 ac working, we swet more then out side Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
