Last night we ordered 3 kinds of waffles from here and in one box we found insects roaming on our food. There was a small cockroach on the ice cream cup and a small spider too. I know the picture is not clear because it’s a screenshot from the video. I can’t post it because sadly it is not supported on zomato. The customer service representative didn’t even refund the money because the picture was not clear. But that is not even the point, how is it that a food joint is sending food to it’s customers with live insects chilling on our dessert. Something like this can shut your whole business down. Of course all of our waffles went to waste because we did not want to eat any of it after this horrible incident. Very extremely disappointed with the restaurant and the fact that there was no action taken from Zomato representatives as well.

Not what I expected from Waffle King. For 330 rupees quantity was less. Plus It was very sweet in taste.
