Great taste .. quantity can be improved a bit though! Great staff as well.. Anil Yadav even called to check if i liked the taste or not. So overall, a great experience!

We ordered a cake to be delivered between 7 and 9 today. The order was accepted however wasn't delivered until 10. Nobody bothered to inform us that the cake would be late. Mr babloo from the shalimar baag branch hung up on me twice when following up. The rider informed us that he received the cake only 20 mins before. The whole birthday was spoiled as we have small children who had gone to sleep by then. When asked for the managers number I was told ot would be off as he is on leave. Then suddenly the rider placed a call and made me speak to somebody who claimed that he was the night supervisor which I honestly am not sure if was one. Anyway all they could say was sorry. I would suggest that if they can't handle an order they shouldn't accept the order.
