Had terrible experience with this Resturant today. Being Valentine's Day, we searched multiple options then finalized this one for our lunch date and booked slot for 3:30 PM through Zomato. Even the booking was confirmed by them, up on reaching at the guest counter, one rude genteman straightaway denied us the admission stating the fact that it's already late. It was 3:31 when we were having this conversation and I reached at counter around 3:29. I even requested that I am coming all the way with my wife and infant but his tone was displeasing & repulsive. Once I reminded him that if it was so, why the booking was confirmed by the Resturant, he then suggested we should finish buffet within 15 mints as it's Valentine's Day today. So you are expecting to spend 3000+ and finish within 15 mints with all stress. They should have not accepted the request after 3:00 if they have to close at 3:30. Even I was just at time, it's basic decency to call 10-15 mints prior and cross check if guest is arriving or not. I am not saying that they have certain process to follow but there's always a way to handle customers which was missing today
