I had booked a table here using a Swiggy Dineout offer that clearly stated 50% off on the buffet. When I reached the restaurant, I was informed that the discount would not be honored because it was Christmas Eve. Unfortunately, this exception was not listed anywhere in the Swiggy Dineout terms and conditions, and I had already paid the cover charge. The staff declined to apply the discount despite showing them the offer details. This experience was quite inconvenient and left a bad impression. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

lovely buffet. large variety to suit all tastes. Christmas brunch was indeed special. the Director F&B and the Chef at Viva were excellent hosts and organised a special surprise for a birthday of a family member in our group. this place is going to be on my favourite list for all occasions
