My review is ONLY for Ashish, who sells Gol Guppas or Pani Puri, just outside Vishnu Sagar. This guy is from Allahabad and will definitely be one of the nicest people you will ever meet! He's continuously maintaining a friendly chat alongside putting yummy gol guppas in your plate. He'll feed you without worrying whether you're having a couple of extra pieces. Freebies are not why I'm writing about him. It's only because of his very infectious smile and respectable attitude. The pani was "just right" and the aloo chana masala was well spiced. The dry puri which he gave at the end was carefully prepared as well...with the right amount of spice and lemon. It'll be sufficient to say I'm still salivating. Kudos Ashish!
