There is a magnificent view from this restaurant. The success of Visava Riverside Family Restaurant wouldn't be possible without the courteous staff. Enjoyable service is something that visitors highlight in their reviews. Most of the time, the pretty atmosphere is to be found here. But this place hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

Food quality ok but service is poor there is no responsible person. Food delivery time is too much once you order there are too many waiting time for serving the food. Manager is rude speaking with customer. Food cost is too much service was not good. Never told to anymore about this hotel. Staff was arrogant even waiter also. Zero Star rating for Staff and Service. Food delivery after 1/2 hour and then after 15 min they serve onion and lemon. Even masala papad serve us after 20 min of order. Between 2 Roti time is almost 15 min. Staff was not responding to any customer. There is no customer because it's staff behaviour with customer and cost is too much for food so that I am not recommend this hotel for anyone.
