It's easy to find this place due to its convenient location. The courteous staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The fast service is something these restaurateurs care about. Clients of this spot note that they found prices low. But many visitors who use Google didn't give this restaurant a high rating.

I had booked 2 rooms at Visava Riverside Resort well in advance—6 days prior to my visit—and even paid ₹2500 as advance. I also confirmed the booking a day before arrival and contacted the hotel twice on the day of check-in. Despite all this, upon arrival after traveling almost 300 km, I was shocked to be told by the staff and manager that my stay had been denied. The reason? A so-called VIP guest refused to vacate the rooms. Instead of managing their internal situation, they simply asked me to find alternate accommodation—with no apology, no support, and extremely rude behavior from the receptionist and hotel staff. This kind of unprofessional and irresponsible behavior is completely unacceptable. If you’re planning to visit, I’d strongly advise against trusting this place. They lack basic courtesy and cannot be relied on even with a confirmed booking and advance payment. Avoid this resort. It’s not worth the stress or risk. Service: 1

While our visit didn't include an overnight stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Visava Riverside Family Restaurant, nestled within the Visava Riverside Health Resort. Dining with the soothing backdrop of the Savitri River, right on its bank, was a definite plus. The true standout was the remarkable staff and the location. It's right beside the NH-66 highway offering Good locations for travelers on trips. Their genuine humility, warm friendliness, attentiveness to our needs, and cooperative spirit truly elevated our dining experience. Families with young children will appreciate the small playground featuring slides and a merry-go-round, a thoughtful addition. Parking is available in an open area with natural shade from trees, though space is limited to about five cars. A crucial note for fellow travelers: Be sure to look specifically for the Visava Riverside Health Resort, as there are similarly named but separate establishments – Visawa Hotel and Visawa Motel – located across the road. Our positive experience is solely with the restaurant inside the Health Resort. Service: 5
