Very disappointing experience at Visawa. I ordered sabji and roti, but was told roti was unavailable. After changing my order, I had a lassi and a water bottle. When the bill came, the water bottle was charged at ₹35, higher than the MRP. On asking, the manager casually said it’s the hotel’s charge. No proper explanation and very rude behavior. Overcharging customers and poor customer service are unacceptable. I would not recommend this place. Service: 1

Yesternight,we went at visava riverside hotel,we ordered food but after waiting for almost 1 and half hour we hadn't got our food,the service is too slow,and charges are too much..food is too much spicy and costly plus water bottle cost 40 rs each and sprite bottle which is of 35 rs costs there 70 rupees....double price..totally disappointed..waste of time and waste of money

While our visit didn't include an overnight stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Visava Riverside Family Restaurant, nestled within the Visava Riverside Health Resort. Dining with the soothing backdrop of the Savitri River, right on its bank, was a definite plus. The true standout was the remarkable staff and the location. It's right beside the NH-66 highway offering Good locations for travelers on trips. Their genuine humility, warm friendliness, attentiveness to our needs, and cooperative spirit truly elevated our dining experience. Families with young children will appreciate the small playground featuring slides and a merry-go-round, a thoughtful addition. Parking is available in an open area with natural shade from trees, though space is limited to about five cars. A crucial note for fellow travelers: Be sure to look specifically for the Visava Riverside Health Resort, as there are similarly named but separate establishments – Visawa Hotel and Visawa Motel – located across the road. Our positive experience is solely with the restaurant inside the Health Resort.
