First of all. I did not expect a whole lot from this place. The food was really good but everything else made the entire experience really bad. This is a so called three to five star hotel but the service has been so pathetic. Mid way through the dining experience they turned off the A/C and even after requesting the staff and the HHI team multiple times, they did not bother to turn the air conditioner on. Me and my guests were profusely sweating during the entire dining experience. Secondly the table at the restaurant were recently painted I guess someone in the team was trying to save money or get cuts from under the table by maybe using poor quality stuff leading the paint from the table to be easily transferred to the clothes and hands of the guests. The standard of this place was really high at some point of time and I think the current management is at fault for such a poor state of the place. Have attached the picture of the paint coming off the table.
