They have a pretty interesting menu and here is the list of must-haves 1. Gunpower Idli 2. Bamboo Biryani & Plate/Thatte Idli. Gunpowder idlis is a famous dish from Andhra Pradesh, Gunpowder made with a perfect blend of spices using the red chilies, urad dal, chana dal, hing or asafoetida, black pepper and little rice. The Bamboo Biryani is served hot & is something you should not miss if at Villa Chutney. Plate/Thatte Idli a popular idli variant recipe from Karnataka cuisine prepared on a flat plate. The idli was very soft with thin thickness and bigger in size compared to traditional idli & was served with Samber & Chutney. Sambar & Chutney were common in most of the dishes but the sambar was totally delicious. Chocolate Dosa was something new we tried & yes liked it, Medu Vada was equally good.
Well if you are looking for places in Patto-Panjim, you should surely consider Villa Chutney.
