Once the promenade around the Chorao Island is over, visit SOYARA'S. If you never appeared to taste Indian and Vegetarian cuisines, take your chance at this restaurant. Nothing can be better than eating good turkey, vada and vada pav. Great ginger tea is among the most popular drinks at SOYARA'S.

Noticed the counter person acting as a chef / assistant - making a veg patty with bare hands before deep frying. I am sure gloves can be used or a dedicated chef should handle food after taking necessary precautions such as hand wash and not handling cash / billing / ordering at the same time.

This is a second outlet of Soyara's. Nice, hygienic place, service is good. I have tried their breakfast menu, which is samosa and tea, bread pakoras. Samosa is nice, specially with the chutney they provide. However evey dish is overpriced for the taste. I am not very fond of the taste of other items served, to name a few, veg thali, chicken biryani, aloo Paratha etc. It would be okay if the prices were low but then for the prize paid the taste is not satisfactory.
