Ordered food from Swiggy. It was late night. They charged 790 for 2 portion of Jalapeño cheese poppers and sent inedible potato mash that was spoiled. No respite after calling swiggy. Well done via Milano. Never ordering again. Food: 1

Extremely average place. The old Via Milano was so much better. Staff is extremely untrained- they messed up our order after making us wait for 30-40 mins for some simple garlic bread. Food quality has also gone down substantially- didn't taste authentic at all, way too much cream and way too much cheese put into everything. Place was extremely dead even on a Saturday and I could understand why. The mocktails were also super average. We ultimately ditched and went to some other place-- vibe / food / staff expertise was extremely amateur. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
