We visited Veg Stew with our entire family to celebrate my birthday, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The service was extremely poor. Despite repeatedly giving instructions, the waiter kept serving food in an uncomfortable manner — reaching over my head to serve plates to family members sitting on the opposite side. It felt very awkward and unprofessional. Additionally, one of the male staff members was unnecessarily over-friendly, which made me uncomfortable. We were also not informed that the small water bottles being served in bulk were chargeable. When we questioned this at the billing counter, the cashier simply laughed and did not provide a proper explanation. The owner was present there, but she seemed completely uninterested, watching something on her tablet. When we approached her to resolve the issue, her response was rude and arrogant. To make matters worse, the food did not meet expectations at all. Overall, what was meant to be a special birthday celebration became a very unpleasant experience. Definitely not recommended.
