Everything was good except the booking through Zomato did not stand there. Cover charges paid for 20% discount went to waste. Restaurants gave 15% discount as a walk in person. Booking was not visible on app. Visible on email only

We had our father's retirement party at Birendra Mahal with aprox 32 people and it's commendable how the staff took care of the guests, Mr. Rathore took care of everything and all went smooth as the service was top notch. Everyone had a great time, there was a good buffet with delectable dishes. Will definitely visit again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We just returned back from new year party at birendra mahal clarks awadh.What a pathetic experience it was. We reached at 8 pm and people there were clueless on how and what to serve. It was at 8:30 when they started serving something. But that too 1 piece or 2.Most of the menu was non veg so people eating veg were left with very little option. But even veg dishes were tasteless. Personally I have had very good experience at Clarks but today food was pathetic. It didn’t tasted good. Their Zaituni Paneer Korma and Smoked vegetable parmigiana was undercooked and missed natural flavouring. Never got paneer gilafi seekh started that they promised as starter.The only thing that was good was Asparagus Veloute with cheese and almond soup. Rest all was crap.
