I went there for my wedding anniversary celebration and The ambience of the Virendra Mahal restaurant was amazing, the food was delicious and the staff was polite. we had a good time there.

I visited Birendra Mahal at Clarks Awadh recently, and while the food was okayish and not really the issue, the hygiene concern definitely was. The water bottle served to us had what looked like algae or some kind of greenish residue inside. For a place operating under such a well-known property and charging premium prices, that was honestly shocking to see. It completely broke any trust in cleanliness and made the whole experience uncomfortable. Clean drinking water is the bare minimum anywhere, especially at a place with this reputation, and the fact that this happened was really disappointing. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
