Third grade service. I visited on Sunday around 9 pm. I ordered food which was arrived almost 45 minutes late. Food quality is ok but Roti needs a scissor to cut. The people who served food were courteous but the captain Mr. Ravi a d person on the counter was very arrogant. When I was explaining them the quality of food like oily masala papad and very poor roti, they were behaving like it was good and I am laying. They said that I have to give instant feedback while eating. We went with our family and how can we keep telling them all the times while eating. Still I keep informing waiter but the person on counter was very arrogant and he was telling me that I am working since last 18 years and shouting on me with a raied voice. I don't know the owner hires such people. Dear Mr. Prashant, First of all Thanks for visiting Veg Rasoi restaurant. We know that all above negative comments you gave because we denied to cancel the roti which we already made for you. And we really don't know if you finished your dinner ( starter and main course) in 50 minutes than how you wait for 45 minutes for main course. Every item we delivered on time on your table. Because there were only two table was engaged in the restaurant. So no chance to late service to you. So we request you to please use this social platform for genuine incidents and feedback.
