Starting with the food - it was honestly one of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time. The dishes lacked freshness and flavor, portions were inconsistent, and presentation felt careless. What was described on the menu and what was served didn’t match expectations at all. It felt rushed and poorly executed. The ambience was equally underwhelming. The place looked poorly maintained, the seating was uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt chaotic rather than inviting. Cleanliness standards were questionable, which made the experience even more unpleasant. The vibe of the restaurant was off from the moment we entered. The staff seemed disengaged and uninterested. There was no warmth, no hospitality, and no effort to make guests feel welcome. Most disappointing, however, was the management. When concerns were raised, they were handled casually without accountability or any attempt to resolve the issue properly.
