I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was truly disappointing.Absolutely unacceptable experience. We dined here expecting a decent meal, but instead ended up being charged for additional items we never ordered.When we politely pointed out the mistake on the bill, the staff was dismissive and insisted everything listed was correct — even though we clearly never received or asked for those items. Instead of investigating or correcting the error, the management doubled down and refused to listen, essentially accusing us of lying.It’s not about the money — it’s about principle. Being overcharged and then treated with arrogance and zero accountability is a terrible way to run a business. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to own up to them is what ruins trust.We won’t be returning, and I’d strongly advise others to double-check their bill before paying. If this is how they treat customers, they don’t deserve your time or money
