In North of India you get Chhole Bhature on Hygenic Lari for Rs 25 - 30 with Great Awesome Taste

I ordered chhole bhature from this restaurant, it was a blunder. Chhole was not cooked and there wasn't any masala in gravy. Just water like gravy and few tomatoes and raw chickpeas, were delivered. It was a ridiculous.

At first it sounded so strange to me - Veg Punjabi.. Like seriously...!!! The owner Mr. Rahul is a very sweet guy who explained to me that there is more to Punjabi food then just Butter Chicken andTandoori Chicken He made me experience the homely veg food of Punjabis. Veg Punjabi is a delivery only kitchen serving authentic vegetarian Punjabi food. Based in Oshiwara, their delivery radius is almost 7km. So if you fall in the 7km radius, do give this place a try. Or else you can pick up from the area too. Coming to what I tried here.. Aloo Kulcha and Gobi Kulcha : The kulchas are big in diameter and cooked in tawa and tandoor both. The stuffing inside is absolutely lip smacking, and I was literally licking my fingers. It tastes best when had with Chole/Dal, onion salad and pickle. The gobi stuffing is a tad bit spicy but i loved it. Aloo stuffing has the signature Punjabi taste of ajwain. I reccomend both the Kulchas highly. Babe di Daal :I was very confused when in the menu I read Maa di Dal (Dal Makhani) and Babe di Daal (Langarwali Daal). All this time I was under the impression that Dal Makhni is what is served in Langars but Rahul said its the other Baba Di Daal. So i thought of trying this today. It has whole urad dal with Chana dal. A little too thin in consistency but tasted good specially with rice. A must try. Amritsari Chole :Chole is something that everyone in my house loves and they are very hesitant when it comes to chole from restaurant.
