The food prep & delivery is by the secret kitchen.
Also I suppose la pizzeria Italia on Zomato is being handled by the secret kitchen ?, and idk how many restaurants.
The handling of orders is a total mismanagement.
I have tried their
Garlic bread - 5 pieces. The cheese on bread stuck to another bread. And it was a total mess. Bro proper packaging?
Manchurian pita pocket slider - THIS WAS THE WORST OF ALL. BASICALLY KACCHI (RAW) NAAN AND PIECES OF MANCHURIAN. IT WASN'T EVEN A PITA POCKET. THE NAAN WAS RAW AND FALLING APART. ADDING FEW SHREDS OF CHEESE ON TOP, IS LIKE THEM TRYING TO COVER THEIR MISTAKE.
Cheese Overload Pizza - Raw base again, bad cheese. They delivered a veggie overload instead of cheese overload. And I did place a complaint. But still quality ??.
The secret kitchen quality & quality everything is absolutely mess. You place an order elsewhere and get delivery from elsewhere , and to top it all - the food is bad.
