The food taste is average, but the pricing is sky rocketing, I do not pay even same money for a chicken gravy in ITC bangalore. Then if you charge so high, serve in good utencils, have good lights, even the lights were not working above my table, even they do not have more sauf and misiri keeping utencils, all member from my friends even did not had it yet they came over desk asking for it to serve the same to other customer table. Inshort- Dhaba style service in the pricing of 5 star. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

By far one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The malai tikka was so oversalted it was completely inedible. When we raised the issue, instead of replacing the dish, the waiter arrogantly insisted that we should still eat it. This is not just bad service, it is outright insulting to paying customers. The careless and indifferent attitude of the management makes it even worse. Any decent restaurant values feedback, corrects mistakes, and ensures that customers leave satisfied. Here, they clearly don’t care. Serving food of such poor quality and then refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. If this is how they treat customers openly, I can only imagine the standards of hygiene and quality in their kitchen. This place has no sense of hospitality, no professionalism, and no respect for its guests. Save yourself the disappointment this restaurant shouldn’t even be in business.
