If you’re planning to relax at Cafe Coffee Day Vijaynagar, think again. This outlet is a total embarrassment to the CCD brand — it feels more like a desperate street tapri trying to wear a fancy logo. • Facilities Falling Apart: Forget comfort. Electric ports are dead, the fan is broken, and the AC — well, that’s just a decoration piece now. As for the bathroom? Either no water or half-functioning taps every single time. It’s shocking how they expect customers to stay even 10 minutes here. • Staff Behavior Worse Than a Roadside Stall: I barely entered and hadn’t even chosen a table when the staff jumped on me to place the order. Before I could even breathe, they were standing over me. And right after, I saw something absolutely shameless — a lady customer was stopped at the entrance itself and forced to commit to a minimum ₹300 bill just to sit inside. No notice, no prior information — just pure harassment at the door. • Forced Selling & Zero Transparency: I ordered a tea pot expecting a relaxing session. What do I get? A single tiny cup of tea — without any warning during ordering. When I questioned it, instead of apologizing, the staff casually shrugged and blamed the “head office” like it’s normal practice to fool customers. Absolutely no ownership. • Another Ridiculous Incident: On another visit, I wasn’t even in the mood for coffee or tea. I decided to grab a simple energy drink from their fridge. Guess what? The staff informed me that I must buy TWO cans — they refuse to bill just one. Seriously, since when do cafés force customers to buy double the quantity just because they feel like it? It’s clear they are not running a café anymore — they’re running a loot bazaar. • Overall Experience — Stress, Not Coffee: Instead of a peaceful café vibe, you feel like you’re fighting for your basic rights as a customer. The place is falling apart, the staff are poorly trained, and the attitude is absolutely disgusting. Zero respect for customers. Zero professionalism. Final Verdict: CCD Vijaynagar is a disgrace. If you care about your time, mood, and money — stay far, far away. CCD really needs to either fix this outlet or shut it down before it damages their entire brand reputation.
