There is always something or the other off about this one branch, some days they don't even serve water to customer sitting on the 1st floor and customer is asked to pick up their order by themselves. I've never seen this kind of rule in any other branch of cafe coffee day because I usually visit them. Today I placed an order for devil's own with icecream and when the order arrived the whipped cream tasted sour which happens only if the whipped cream is spoilt due to bacteria. When I complained about this to the staff they were arguing and stating this is how usually whipped cream tasted like as but I've never felt it that way as that's my regular drink from CCD. Since I've had that coffee I feel very uneasy and an urge to puke which seems like food poisoning . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
