I had a really bad experience with. Baker's Castle (Arera Colony). I ordered a cake in advance, and they promised it would arrive on time for Birthday occasion. On the day, they didn’t deliver the cake and when we reached there to collected the cake, they said they forgot because they misplaced my bill. That’s just not acceptable. We spent a lot of time and money decorating the place, ordering food for guests, and even booking a resort, but all of that went to waste because the cake never arrived. It completely ruined our special day, and they didn’t do much to fix it or apologize properly. I wouldn’t recommend this bakery to anyone looking for reliable service, especially for an important occasion.
