Reason for poor rating from our end-We ordered Dal Makhani, Paneer butter masala and Naans from Vatika Restaurant today. When we opened our package, we found that the restaurant had sent Dal fry/tadka instead of Dal Makhani. When we complained about this to Zomato, the restaurant refused to accept their mistake and in fact they told us that they had sent Dal Makhani which is highly disappointing for us. At least, you( restaurant) should call me and inform me if that particular item was not available and ask for another alternative. But, instead of not calling you were not accepting your mistake that you have sent the wrong items to us. Please see attached images does it look like Dal Makhani??Thanks to Zomato as they have listened to my concern and have resolved my issue.
