The hotel is a complete waste of money and first when you enter the hotel the receptionists is going to butter you with drinks and then send you your so-called "premium" rooms and there the taps were not working and it only had a shower and the balcony door doesn't close so don't fall for the pictures and posts given by the hotel authority and the when you ask for dinner then they are going to say that it is not available and overall the hotel workers are also very poor and untrained. So don't come here '

The location is very good, and the resort looks nice overall. However, the service is very poor. Even though it seems like a good resort, there is no proper restaurant inside. We had to order food from outside. The in-house restaurant was not cooking properly. There was also no hot water, and room service was not satisfactory Service: 1
