Do not delay your visit – seriously, the Vegetarian cuisine is waiting for you. Degust good soup, salads and roti at this restaurant. A number of reviewers consider the staff efficient. I wanted to taste authentic local Maharashtrian food, so we went to Varhadi Vyanjan. Although the setup is a decent size, the food is amazing and truly captures the taste of the dishes we used to enjoy in the villages (Aajis' home). It is a bit on the spicy and oily side, but you can also request kadhi to balance it out. We tried Junka Bhakar, Patodi Rassa, Vange chi bhaji, Misal bhaji, Thalipeet, and Vada Bhaat, which was served with fodni cha tel, Thesa, and lonch.
