I visited Uttar Dakshin, Pratap Nagar, and had a disappointing experience. The restaurant refused to accept payment through Zomato even though the option was showing as available in the app. When I asked about it, the staff simply said the service was “not available,” but it felt more like they didn’t want to accept it because of discounts or cashback policies.As a customer, it’s frustrating to place an order based on available payment options and then be denied at the counter. Transparency and honesty matter — if a service is not supported, it should clearly be updated on Zomato instead of telling customers last minute.Food might be okay, but such service and attitude definitely ruins the experience.

If u want to experience authentic south Indian food in pratap nagar in Nagpur; then this is the place to go to. You must eat idli wada, dosas and their thatte idli is super soft and delicious. End your meal with their filter coffee. The food is awesome and yummy. During peak time there might be waiting of 15 to 20 mins.

Uttar Dakshin by Naivedhyam! This place is located in Pratap Nagar.
They serve Casual dining like North Indian food and South Indian food. It has an elegant ambience without being overcrowded. Sufficient parking available infront of the Restaurant. They have quick service and it's food quantity and quality is appreciable.
They also have thaali system where they serves south Indian food as well as north Indian food. I tried this Thaali , So first they serve Aamras for the start. Then in starters they served Thaate Idli, Paper Dosa, Idli Sambhar, Uttapam. Then they served North Indian Food as main course. Then at the end they served dessert. All the food is really good and worth eating. If you’re going to this place, go damn hungry so that you can enjoy the whole meal. Otherwise you’re going to done with the starter only.
If you’re South Indian food lover then Must visit. Highly recommended.
