To Uttam Sagar Management,[HRBR Layout Kammanahalli] I am absolutely appalled and disgusted by the horrific experience I had at your restaurant today. As a customer, I have never in my worst nightmares imagined that I would encounter something as vile and unacceptable as what I experienced today. I ordered a bonda soup, and to my utter horror, I discovered a crockroach floating in it. This is beyond appalling. It is an outright health hazard and a clear reflection of the complete lack of hygiene and care that your establishment apparently has. How can anyone with any sense of decency or responsibility allow such an unspeakable level of filth to be served to paying customers? This is not a mistake; this is a disgrace. What is even more infuriating is that this wasn’t just a one-off incident, but a shocking reflection of how little you value the well-being and safety of your customers. This is an outright violation of basic health and safety standards, and frankly, I am appalled that I ever trusted your restaurant. I demand a formal, immediate action, a full explanation of how this could have happened, and assurances that this will NEVER happen again. You owe it to me, and to all your customers, to take immediate action. If you cannot guarantee that your food will not be contaminated with such filth, I will ensure this story is shared widely, and I will never set foot in your restaurant again. I expect an immediate response and concrete steps to rectify this unthinkable failure.
