While Uttam Punjabi dhaba used to be brilliant with almost all items being great on the menu, it's sad that I can't say that about the place anymore. The seating is cramped, the food was below par and they just played some loud Hindi music on the TV. The place has AC units all over but it isn't turned on. The dhaba Paratha was great, soya chaap was an utter disappointment.
