While the restaurant attempts to showcase South Indian culture failed to serve in banana leaf service, the food ultimately does not measure up. The sambar lacks authentic flavor and feels uninspired, failing to represent southern cuisine properly. Most dishes need serious improvement in creativity and taste, as they do not match the expected standards of South Indian food. The chutney served was particularly disappointing, as it was undercooked and poorly mixed, detracting further from the meal. Despite decent service, the culinary experience was far from satisfactory, and substantial changes are required to make the food worthy of recommendation Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

My dining experience in this restaurant was highly disappointing. Upsouth has changed drastically and food quality and taste have degraded a lot.They put ghee and butter in every dish without asking. The staff doesn't even know about the ingredients of the food items. If we want to order an extra pav or another dish, we have to get up from our place in the middle of the meal, stand in the queue, pay the bill first, and then they serve food. The worst experience was finding cockroaches on their table and dead ones in the food! I highly recommend shutting down this place for not maintaining hygiene and not bothering about their customer service. Do not go to this place. Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited Upsouth Aundh and was disappointed with the overall experience. The staff behavior was not courteous, and the service was quite slow and unorganized. This definitely affected the dining experience. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the service quality and staff training. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
