“Visited the UpSouth outlet in Aundh and had a really satisfying experience, especially with their dosa. The dosa was perfectly thin and crispy, with a golden-brown texture and authentic South Indian taste. The batter felt fresh and well-fermented, making the dosa light yet filling. The sambar was rich and flavorful with a good balance of spices, and the coconut chutney was fresh, creamy, and complemented the dosa perfectly. Everything was served hot, which added to the overall taste. The Aundh store is clean, well-maintained, and has a comfortable seating arrangement. The staff was polite and service was quick, making it a great place for breakfast, lunch, or a quick South Indian meal. Overall, UpSouth Aundh maintains excellent quality and consistency. The Ghee Mysore Masala Dosa is excellent. Very crispy, rich ghee flavour, spicy Mysore chutney, and soft potato filling. Served hot with fresh chutney and sambar. One of the best dosas in Aundh.
