To start with,1. it took around half an hour for our order to be placed2. Even after the delay in taking order, there was further delay of around 50 min. for our order to arrive.3. Finally when the food arrived, it was cold and the roti served, seemed to be stale and re-heated.4. When complained to replace it they took another 30 min for a single roti be replaced and then god knows who was the intelligent manager who asked their different staff to bring roti to our table when we did not even order due to the frustration.5. Very poorr management.
