This is the worst food joint I have ever been. The food they serve is really rotten and stale. We had placed an order for grilled chicken salad and a creamy garlic chicken platter. The chicken in both servings was chewy, tasteless, and as hard as rubber. The chicken must have been kept in storage for a very long time because it was extremely hard to cut into pieces. Both the dishes were absolutely disaster as they lacked freshness and taste. Despite spending too much time preparing the food, they end up serving poor food. This place is not at all recommended. Complete waste of time and money.

My recent experience at UNS Cafe led me to their rendition of the classic Morog Polao, and it was a study in balance. The first thing that caught my attention were the two generously sized chicken legs, promising a hearty bite. And they delivered – each piece was remarkably succulent, tender enough to yield with ease. However, the true star, for me, leaving aside a boiled egg nicely severed into halves, was the masterful use of ghee. It wasn't overpowering, nor was it a mere whisper; instead, it provided a perfectly harmonious richness that underpinned the entire dish, allowing other subtle flavors to dance without being overshadowed. This thoughtful balance of flavors makes UNS Cafe's Morog Polao a truly satisfying experience. I'd certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-executed and comforting plate of this classic for lunch or dinner.
