Seeing the 4+ dining reviews on Zomato I decided to give this place a try. Was very disappointed. The place is huge and seating is not a problem.
Food reviews:-
Chicken barbecue items very good.
Prawn on the barbecue looked malnourished.
Did not try fish or mutton kabab.
Maincourse has approx 8-10 items (non-veg) but none worth a second try.
Salad section is sort of a seperator between veg & non-veg section.
There was Pizza, Sandwich, Pasta, Momo, and Chat live counters. Tried Pizza and momo of which pizza was decent.
There were 16 dessert items but don't let the number fool you... 3 kinds of fruit and 4 flavors of ice cream (placed with the bar tender). None of the dessert were worth a second try other than than the fresh fruit watermelon.
As for the service, while the servers seem earnest, they probably have no professional training. Was told twice that drinks are not included in the buffet price:) and was asked if my photo can be taken for Instagram upload.
The buffet price was 799 plus taxes, but it is nothing worthwhile remembering.

We visited UNIVERSAL BARBECUE on 18th Dec 2021. We were very very impressed with the quality of food that was served. The welcome drink was really nice. It was some kiwi fruit drink. We are vegetarian. There were as many as seven starters which were delicious to say the least. It was just brilliant. The main course and desserts were equally good. I am not a big fan of mushrooms but the cream of mushroom soup I had that day was yum. It was lovely. I didn’t eat a whole lot from the main course or live counter like pizza, pani Puri or roti, naan, etc but that was also really tasty as my wife ate some of it. I want to give out a big THANK YOU to the staff members who serviced our table - THANKS A LOT DEAR TANAY MAJI, MAJID MOLLA, RAJ KHAN and Vishwanath for making our dine-in experience the one to remember.

Good food, great ambience and great service! Raj, tanay and majid were very courteous! The grilled bbq fish was great, can improve on the grilled meats live counter.
